Here at Balloon Bash we only use the highest quality balloons and materials. However, some balloons do pop from time to time. The life span of balloons can depend on various external factors such as weather, children, pets, room temperature, sun exposure, air/helium filled, etc. With that being said, our air filled balloons can last up to a month or more indoors when kept out of heat and direct sunlight. Helium balloons are treated with high-float to extend their float time up to 24-36 hours.

We service Port St Lucie to West Palm Beach Florida.
Upon booking, we require a signed client agreement along with a 50% retainer to reserve your date. Your event is considered reserved once we have received both the retainer and signed client agreement.

We offer a wide range of balloon decor and rental items including balloon garlands, arches, columns, number stacks, backdrops, marquee numbers and more!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BALLOONS POP OR DEFLATE EARLY?
While we use high-quality balloons and take every precaution to ensure they last throughout your event, balloons are delicate by nature and can be affected by temperature, weather, or handling. If any issues happen shortly after set up, please contact us right away - we'll do our best to make it right depending on the situation and timing. We recommend setting up your balloons away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and extreme heat to help them last longer.
We do not allow for rental items to be picked up or dropped off. Delivery/installation is required for all our rental items.
We currently process all of our invoicing via Square for debit/credit card payments, but we also accept Zelle.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
This ultimately depends on the size of the design. We prep and inflate our balloons before arriving to the venue to make things faster but an average installation can take 1-2 hours.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as soon as possible as we limit our work day to 1-2 events depending on job scale. The sooner you book, the better, as it guarantees your desired date. We strongly suggest booking at least 2 weeks before your event to ensure we are able to order materials and begin prepping.
