How long will my balloon garland last?

Our balloon garlands are made with professional grade quality latex balloons that will last you approximately 2-4 weeks if kept indoors in cool temperatures and out of direct sunlight! So, feel free to repurpose them, reuse them for another party, or donate them to a friend, local church or school.

How do I hang my “Grab n Go” balloon garland?

Grab n Go balloon garlands come with command hooks so you can attach it to a wall, doorway, or backdrop with step by step instructions. We also offer a free-standing garland that comes assembled on a stand and ready to party! Simply place your free-standing garland next to your backdrop or wherever you see fit and you’re all set! Made for indoor use only.

Are your balloons filled with helium or air?

Balloons used in garlands, columns, bouquets and also letter or number balloons are filled with air and will not float. We currently do not offer helium filled balloons.

How much time in advance do you need for bookings?

For on site installations, the more time in advance, the better. However, we ask that you secure your date at least two weeks in advance. In some occasions we might be able to accommodate your event in less time for an additional rush fee. For Grab n Go orders we ask for orders to be placed at least one week in advance to ensure we have your desired colors in stock.

What is your cancellation policy?

While we understand that unexpected things occur, deposits/retainers are non-refundable. If something occurs that results in having to cancel your event, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You will be able to rebook up to two times for a different date subject to availability.

What if my balloons get damaged after pick up?

Once your balloons have been dropped off or picked up, we are not longer responsible for any popped balloons. Each order receives balloon care instructions to help ensure your balloons have the maximum life expectancy.
